Our team studies your file immediately and sends a written, firm and binding offer.
3. Pre-sale contract
If you accept the offer, we draft the pre-sale contract within 72 hours, at your notary or ours.
4. Final deed and funds transfer
The final deed is signed within your chosen timeframe. Funds are released on signing day.
